Energy. Skill. Excellence. 2010-2015, was approved by Faculty Council in May 2010.  It builds on our 2004-2009 Strategic Plan but recognizes that in 2010 we have moved into a very different economic environment that presents challenges demanding new approaches and new initiatives. Our new strategic plan sets out our Mandate, our Values and our Goals.

• Undertake professional and community service in law-related activities.

1. To establish the Faculty's JD program as the premier program in Western Canada;
2. To confirm an international reputation for excellence in the Faculty's specialization: resources, energy and environmental law.
3. To achieve national recognition for our "Excellence in Lawyering" legal skills program.
