Professor Catherine Brown presented a paper entitled “Revisiting the Carter Commission's International Tax Policy Analysis” at a two-day interdisciplinary conference on income taxation held to mark the 50th anniversary of the creation of the Carter Commission. The Conference -- The Carter Commission 50 Years Later: A Time for Reflection and Reform – was organized by the Schulich School of Law and Dalhousie University and held September 28 and 29.
