Professor Jennifer Koshan is presenting a paper called “Redressing the Harms of Government (In)action: A Section 7 versus Section 15 Charter Showdown” at the Centre for Constitutional Studies’ Constitutional Law Symposium on September 28. She argues that section 7 of the Charter may be overtaking section 15 as a tool for vulnerable and disadvantaged persons challenging the harms of government (in)action.
