Professor Jennifer Koshan was interviewed by Doug Dirks for CBC’s program The Homestretch on June 18 about Gladue reports, which provide context to courts when sentencing Aboriginal offenders. A Gladue report was ordered in the case of Cory Bitternose, who is the subject of a dangerous offender application currently being heard in the Court of Queen’s Bench; see the story here.
