JD students enrolled in the Law 691 Environmental Law Clinic under the supervision of Professor Shaun Fluker are once again representing Mike Judd in Energy Resources Conservation Board (ERCB) proceedings concerning an application by Shell Canada to construct and operate a sour gas pipeline close to his residence. The Clinic previously represented Mr. Judd in his application to the Alberta Court of Appeal in May 2011 seeking leave to appeal an ERCB decision to license a sour gas well in the same vicinity. A story about this year’s legal proceedings, “Landowner disputes pipeline application by Shell”, appears in the September 19 edition of the Calgary Herald
