Justice Lorne Giroux of the Quebec Court of Appeal will be arriving at the law school the week of September 17 to spend the Fall term of 2012 as our Judge in Residence. He will spend his study leave on topics in Criminal Law and Bankruptcy and Insolvency. Justice Giroux is no stranger to Calgary Law as he held the Chair of Natural Resources Law at the University of Calgary in 1992 and taught Advanced Environmental Law.
