(May 4) Professor Michael Nesbitt has published an article in the Canadian Human Rights Yearbook examining Section 12.1 of the Canadian Security Intelligence Service Act (Bill C-51). Michael also provided testimony to the House Standing Committee on Public Safety and National Security for their report on Bill C-51.
