With the approval of the Associate Dean, a student may take law courses for credit at another law school in Canada or abroad during the equivalent of spring or summer sessions. The Associate Dean shall approve the number of credits and the allocation of those credits to a particular term or year of the academic program.
With the approval of the Associate Dean and the Academic Planning Committee and the support of an individual instructor, a JD student may register for directed research during spring or summer sessions. The Associate Dean shall approve the allocation of directed research credits to a particular term or year of the academic program.
